There are three areas in Motor City; Uptown Motor City, Green Community Motor City, and Business Park Motor City.
The former offers affordable mid-sized apartments and townhouses of three stories. The community is made up of various apartment buildings located in clusters. Spacious mid-sized villas overlooking the community lakes can be found in the Green Community Motor City area.
The Business Park Motor City is still under development, but you’ll find low-rise residential and commercial blocks in this part of the community.
