This agreement aims to foster greater collaboration between these key entities, enabling international companies registered in ADGM to own properties in Dubai’s freehold areas, all within the established legal framework and registration procedures of the DLD.

The MoU was formally signed by Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director-General of DLD, and Dhaher bin Dhaher Al Mheiri, CEO of the ADGM Registration Authority. This partnership marks a pivotal step towards enhancing cooperative relations between Dubai and the financial free zone in Abu Dhabi.
